The Pudding Chronicles #2: Raspberry Cheesecake

The second installment of the Pudding Shots!

Since the Rootbeer Float Pudding Shots were so unbelievably amazing, it was demanded that I make more. So I went to Safeway and found a few other pudding flavors that inspired me. I tried the Raspberry Cheesecake idea that I came up with and OMG, delish! The recipe is still the basic one from before, with a few changes:

1 package of Jello brand pudding (for this I used cheesecake flavored - yes it is a thing)
1/2 c Cool Whip (also helps it set lots faster)
1/2 c alcohol (raspberry vodka or raspberry sourpuss)
1 c milk

And putting it together is super simple! Mix the jellol with the milk and alcohol first, then add cool whip, portion into cups and serve! Also, if you have extra cool whip, you can pipe it on top of the shot to make it extra cute and yummy!
